If there are two things you should know about me, 1) I’m not a chest pounder and 2) I am extremely proud of the company started by my father in 1965. That wonderful company - Hart - is incredibly honored to be named a 2021 Top Workplaces Winner by the Toledo Blade. In a year that has challenged so many, we’re proud to know that sticking to our core values has lifted us collectively to greater heights.
While awards and accolades are flattering, especially in the agency world, this means so much more to me. It is something I am honored to share with all Hart employees, proud to stand for what we’ve always believed in - an authentic way of being. That has proven to elevate our culture, even in the toughest of times when we faced difficulties like never before - mentally, emotionally and in so many other ways. We will always strive to cultivate an enjoyable, inspiring and thriving environment for our people, even when the world presents so many unique challenges, as this past year has. This benefits our people, our partners and the communities in which we all now operate virtually.
Since this recognition is based on a survey Hart employees responded to anonymously, it showcases the values we live out every day to make Hart a great place to work, and in turn, a great team with which to partner. These values include:
