Hart is proud to announce that, as part of our commitment to build and evolve as a diverse and inclusive agency, we have earned the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A’s) Workplace Enlightenment Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Certification.
Securing the 4A’s Workplace Enlightenment DE&I Certification required that the whole team at every level of our agency participate in a series of self-assessments and self-paced modules and podcasts, coupled with live training for our managers. This training allows us to better understand topics related to race and ethnicity, gender, LGBTQI+A, age, faith and disabilities, and to identify ways to remove bias, increase opportunities for diverse perspectives and measure progress.
“As an organization, Hart is continuously looking for ways to create an environment even more supportive of all cultures, races, genders, ethnicities, beliefs, experiences and ideas. It’s what enables us to better connect with those who see our work, and it’s required to help us attract others to partner in those efforts,” said Marc Paulenich, president of Hart.
“We are proud to be one of the first 23 agencies in the U.S., and of 4As’ over 700 members, to have earned 4A’s Workplace Enlightenment DE&I Certification,” he noted, “We will continue to look for ways to make our agency an even more safe and more inclusive environment for all as we continue to deliver great work.”
